Focusing on character and plot development for the next few chapters. The heroine Mayumi gets to explore her new powers more in this chapter. An unexpected meeting happens and the buildup continues to the second half of the book. I have the entire second half plotted now and it is going to be a roller coaster ride of action to the end.
